Dalian Yongsung Refrigeration dose custom design and manufactures fried rice tunnel freezer according to the actual needs of every customer, to meet the frozen requirements of different fried rice. The design of external motor can prevent the fried rice contamination from lubricant and reduce freezing load. The patented design of air flow field can maximize the heat exchange rate to reduce the weight loss. The patented ADF technology can significantly slow down the formation of frost layer on the fins of the heat exchanger, and ensure the food temperature during the whole working period. The patented vibration mechanism not only improves the heat exchange of products, but also effectively solves the problems of product adhesion and caking, so as to improve the appearance quality of products.

● Unit modular and compact design;
● Reducer and fan motor are both installed outside of the freezer chamber: to prevent food contamination from reducer and fan motor and remove the calorie which occurs from the motor so as to reduce freezing load, which is hygienic, safe and energy saving;
● Use centrifugal fan with high static pressure to have less frosting and longer operation time even when frosting;
● Built in inventor and PLC automatic control system;
