Dry Cooler for Data Center Immersion Cooling

Immersion cooling system is a full immersion solution using dielectric oil as the cooling medium.
The heat is directly transferred from the server to the cooling medium, and the cooling medium undergoes secondary heat exchange to achieve heat exchange with the cooling medium sent in from the primary side. Finally, the primary side return water is exchanged with the atmosphere, or directly used for warm water heat recovery and waste heat utilization. This architecture is called an immersed cooling system.
Usually large service centers need to be equipped with dry coolers to dissipate the cooling medium.
We do custom design and manufacture V type/ flat dry cooler, adiabatic cooler, air-cooled condenser, etc.
HOW TO START WITH CUSTOM DESIGN?
1. Make clear about customer's requirements and collect some basic specs.
2. Do calculation by Unilab 9.0 accordingly and send calculation sheet to customer for confirmation.
3. Make some revise after comprehensive communication with customer and send the layout to customer.
4. Quote, deal and make it real.

◆ 2MW heat of rejection for one immersion cooling container.
◆ Maximum ambient temperature is 42C.
◆ Cooling medium is DF55, and inlet fluid temperature is 60C and expected outlet temperature is 50C.
◆ Need stacked design and modular construction which is easy for fabrication, disassemble and reassemble at site.
◆ Power on site is 415V 60Hz.
