Overview

Air cooler is a complete set of equipment composed of axial fans and cooling pipes.

Air cooler can force the air in cold room to flow through the cooling pipes for heat exchange by axial fans, so as to cool down the air temperature and achieve the purpose of reducing the storage temperature.

There are wall mounted type and floor stand type according to the installation position.

We use high quality motor, with reasonable gap between blade and guide ring and hyperbolic design air duct, to achieve max fan efficiency.

We use inner grooved copper tube, which grade is more than 99.9% Cu. Increasing of the inner tube surface area improves the efficiency of heat exchange.

We use directly back to oil and counter flow heat exchanger, to avoid accumulation of oil and take full advantage of heat exchange area to improve heat exchange efficiency and ensure the superheat temp.

Aligned 50*50mm, OD 15.88mm copper tube with over 99.9% Cu and stainless steel tube is available. Aluminum, copper, stainless steel and epoxy fins are for option.

Using low noise axial fans with maintenance free motors, IP54 and overheating protection for internal motor.
